Urban Elk Restaurant & Bar

Urban Elk Restaurant & Bar is a beautiful and welcoming home-town restaurant and bar located in the heart of Tacoma. We are known for being a part of the Elks Lodge community and take pride in our longevity here in Washington. The Urban Elk is open to the public and welcome patrons to try a variety of culinary bites, cold beers, and delicious libations.

The Urban Elk offers a large heated patio with TV’s as well as a dining room with lots of natural light and a beautiful view of Allenmore golf course. The patio is pet friendly and ask patrons to keep their little ones on a leash while visiting. Our bar takes pride in featuring local breweries from the Northwest and having an enticing selection of Craft Beers and Ciders in rotation. We offer a knowledgeable staff that can create classic and fun cocktails for any occasion. Whether you are looking for a great place to watch your favorite sporting event, a cold brew, glass of NW wine, or a cocktail with a view, we have you covered. Groups of twelve(12) people or more, require a reservation to accommodate during service times.

The Rack is a new seasonal offering on the lower level, next to Golf Shop, that offers a variety of snacks, non-alcohol and adult beverages for purchase. A great stop for golfers in between 9’s or starting the game!

Executive Chef, Doug Kim, has over 15 years’ experience in the culinary world and has created a menu worthy of daily dining and specials for all occasions. He is currently working with food & beverage team to create a new banquet menu with his influence and tastes to host any special event you may be planning at the Urban Elk. The Urban Elk does offer meeting space and event space for groups from 10 to 250.
